Another Ling comes aboard
Plenty of fish yesterday but today's 50 m.p.h SE gales kept us confined to port. Yesterday's catch included no less than 21 different species including Dover Sole, Megrim, Red Mullet, Ling, Pollack, Brill, Haddock, Whiting and Pouting. In total we caught around 230 kilos of fish yesterday.
The fish nearest to the net hauler is a fine plump Haddock whilst the fish nearest to the water is a Lesser Spotted Dogfish - the "doggie" was returned alive.
